Reviews and Ratings
I had a memorable experience at the hotel, with particularly impressive spa services and a stunning breakfast spread. However, I faced some issues with the service during my second visit, which was disappointing given my previous high expectations. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but I do think there are a few areas that could use improvement.
My stay at The Grove Hotel was a delightful experience overall, especially due to the outstanding spa services and the warm, attentive staff who made us feel at home. The food offerings were impressive, elevating our dining experiences significantly. However, I encountered a bit of a hassle with the early planning process, which detracted slightly from the overall luxury experience. Still, the beautiful grounds and engaging activities for families made for a memorable getaway.
I had high expectations for my stay at The Grove, especially considering the steep price of £580 per night. While the room was lovely and clean, the overall experience left much to be desired. The service was lackluster and the atmosphere felt more like a busy conference center than a luxurious hotel. I enjoyed the facilities but didn’t feel like I got value for money given the price point.
I had an incredible time at The Grove, where the spa facilities were just outstanding. The service felt personal and attentive, making each moment special. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Dining options were a real treat, with plenty of variety. However, I wish the dining experience had even more unique dishes to choose from.
The hotel offers a delightful family-friendly experience with plenty of engaging activities for kids and luxurious amenities for adults. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. Dining options, especially breakfast, were excellent with a huge variety to choose from. However, the afternoon tea service was disappointing, highlighting a need for improvement in that area.
